There is absolutely no smoking of any kind indoors. You will be responsible for a $200 damage fee if there is any indication of smoking or vaping in our units. We have a beautiful upper deck where we ask you go to if you are going to smoke. You will find our sea shell ash trays for this purpose. We also ask that you kindly leave this common area as clean as you found it. Thank you. We welcome bookings for up to one month per stay. We also require one intermediate cleaning between week two and three, $645 MXN paid by you, in order to maintain the high quality of this space.
